The user accepts that the information entered into the system is accurate, current and appropriate to be shared in an emergency.

The demo period is 14 days. When the demo or subscription ends, editing permission is disabled; card viewing continues for 30 more days and may then close.

Live location sharing works only while the parent panel is open and browser permission is granted; it does not provide continuous background tracking when the phone or browser is closed.

The system is designed to provide helpful information in emergencies; it does not replace medical diagnosis or official identification.

The SaveMeTag system processes personal data to help reach the parent quickly in an emergency and to manage card information.

Processed data may include parent identity/contact details, child card details, health notes, blood type, allergy information, address/location link, card scan records, security records and, if separately enabled by the parent, the last known live location.

Live location sharing is off by default. It is enabled only with explicit consent from the parent panel; the system does not keep location history and only updates the last known location.

Special category health data is processed only with explicit consent and only for emergency purposes. People opening the card link may see the emergency card information.

Your rights include requesting information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and withdrawal of explicit consent.

Data deletion requests can be submitted from the Privacy section in the parent panel or from the data deletion request page.

I explicitly consent to special category data about my child, such as blood type, allergy, illness, medication and health notes, being included in the emergency card.

I understand that this information may be viewed for emergency assistance by people who open the QR/NFC card link.

If I separately enable live location sharing from the parent panel, I consent that only my last known location may be processed for emergency/parent management purposes and viewed in the admin panel.

I know that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time, turn off location sharing from the panel and request deletion of the relevant information.
